WINEMAKING

Blend of Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Tannat, Merlot

Selected from old vines plots.

Long vatting with pumping-over followed by a 4 to 5-week maceration.

After a few months in vats, wine is aged in barrels between 12 and 14 months.

It will then wait for another 12 to 24 months in the bottle.

The grapes are from different plots are vinified separately in order to reserve the typicality of each vine and allow original blends.

Aging on fine lees.

TASTING

Dark red in colour with dark purple/brownish hughs.

Woody aromas are balanced by fruity ones.

Full-bodied with round tannins, it is a perfect match for fine meats and cheeses.

CELLARING PORTENTIAL
5 to 10  years in good storage conditions.
