Manual harvest, maceration for 10 days with whole and pressed grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast in stainless tank. Aging on fine lees for up to 3 months.

It is a wine born from the friendship between winegrowers and the passion to vinify unique and very special vineyards from our region.

Specifically, this wine comes from a plot in the town of Picamoixons, at the foot of the Miramar mountain range. It is a coastal vineyard cultivated with terraces of dry stone banks, the soil is calcareous, clayey and with slate splashes.
